King Edward Mine

The oldest complete mine set left in Cornwall, the entire seventeen buildings have a group value grade II* listing. Trevor Humphreys Associates provided cost estimates for Cornwall Council's masterplan in 2011 as the starting point for regeneration.

 

This summer we were appointed Project Managers for the first phase to create workspace in the Count House and Carpenters' Shop with support from Cornwall Development Corporation for the ERDF Convergence funding application.

Duchy Palace, Lostwithiel

His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales visited the site in July to review progress on the renovation of this 700 year old grade 1 listed building which is the remaining partof the ancient Stannary Parliament. Trevor Humphreys Associates are providing quantity surveying services for the joint partnership between Prince's Regeneration Trust and Cornwall Buildings Preservation Trust.

 

 

Clevedon Pier, North Somerset

A unique Victorian grade 1 listed pier located within the second highest tidal range in the world. Trevor Humphreys was the quantity surveyor for the original restoration phases that were successfuuly completed in 1998. 

 

This summer Trevor Humphreys Associates have provided support for the Stage 2 Heritage Lottery Fund submission for new visitor facilities and are quantity surveyors for the current repair and repainting works that commenced this August and will continue till March 2013.
