Trenance Cottages, Newquay

The Trustees and Friends opened the newly refurbished heritage centre for Easter 2015. Set within the beautiful gardens the cottages are a stunning example of community enterprise with the Heritage Lottery Fund.

King Edward Mine, Camborne  

The renovation contract for the conversion of the grade II* Count House and Carpenters Shop as workspace units continued through the winter. Two buildings with completely different challenges. Carpenters pictured here will be completed soon and already has pre lets.

The Count House on the other hand has revealed mine shaft workings beneath the building and count less hidden masonry defects.

Insole Court, Cardiff

Refurbishment of residence and outbuildings grade II* listed has stated on site and has some interesting challenges ahead.
